The hotel was more than we expected. In the heart of the city with a lot of things to do. Restaurants and rooftop lounge was a 10/10. I would come back most definitely. Highly recommend.

I stayed here for my birthday weekend, I had a special request of chocolate covered strawberries & sparkling wine & they delivered just that! Strawberries were delicious & I loved the note they left. I love how clean it was, the staff were super nice. Love the area & that it is near everything. I’d say my favorite would probably be the bath tub & the shower, it was so relaxing and pretty

Some of the staff was nice, others were quite rude. We thought the room was very nice & we had a great view of the city. The hotel was beautiful, very well decorated & furnishings over the top!

We had a perfect stay. They have the friendliest and most helpful staff ever. I left one of my bags at home. They had most everything on hand, including a hair straightener, which was in our room by the time we returned. We had a beautiful view of Truist Field. The bed was very comfy and the shower was awesome, I love a hot shower and they definitely provided. Location was perfect, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including the Bank of America stadium to see Kenny Chesney!!! If you want somewhere nice to stay, this is it!!! You will not be disappointed.

Hotel is nice. It's a bit confusing the layout. The decor is nice. Modern. The pillows are very comfortable, the view is nice. Was close to the stadium which is where I was headed. I was happy to walk to the stadium from the location.

The location is perfect, we were with our dogs and it has a huge park just across the street. Also is walking distance from different places to go and eat and there is this alley with amazing places to grab a beer and a late snack.

Great location. Facility was very clean, comfortable and had a great feel to it. The room was very nice and relaxing. Diamond, at the front desk, checked me in. She was the sweetest, kindest, most caring and friendly hotel professional I ever met. I've been traveling for over 25 years, all over the country. And Diamond is an exceptional employee for Kimpton. She does everything she can to help make the guests feel welcomed and cared for. She should be the standard by which all hotel staff be measured against. I was highly impressed with her, and will remember my stay at Kimpton Tryon Park because of her hospitality.
